I like to think shooting with me feels like hanging with a friend. I live in a cabin in Topanga Canyon with my three pups. I’m into traveling, 35 mm film cameras, hiking in the wild woods, spontaneous road trips, scoring at flea markets, meeting new folks and hearing their stories. Growing up in small mountain town, in the Pacific Northwest, I feel most inspired in the wild. Being a photographer isn’t a job to me, it’s a lifestyle that makes me feel wild and free and lucky as hell.

Kayla, my cousin/best babe, is my right hand gal and most often my talented second shooter. I also call on my other photographer pals from time to time and always choose photographers who I admire and who have a similar creative aesthetic.
